With a title like “Swimming Battle,” one thing is certain about this drama. There will be abs… lots of them! Kingone Wang is reportedly working out a lot in preparation for this drama. During the press conference, Mandy Wei was even given a “sneak feel” of his pectoral muscles.
This will be Kingone Wang and Mandy Wei’s first time working together. Kingone’s character will be the chairman of a multi-million dollar corporation who has been looking for his “First Love Mermaid” for 14 years. Mandy’s character begs him to help her train a swim team.
Swimming Battle will air on Fridays after Reply 1989 finishes its run.

It was not one of my favorite movies for Kingone. I hope the next one will be better.

I did no’t like this movie at all, though I like Kingone.

I only watched it because of Kingone. The story is okay. Not enough love scenes. The abs are a bit too young for me. Mandy is a great actress but playing dumb is not her forte.
